1 clear polycarbonate roll-top lid, and stainless pan holder. Cambro®
Camchiller® included for cold buffet server. 5 drawers: plating
drawer, plates storage, silverware storage, drinks storage, and
extra storage. 2 Cambro® 9.4 qt translucent pans, each with
Cambro® Drain Shelf. 2 tray storage shelves. 2 variable heat
control knobs for Hot Buffet Servers. Removable black,
heavy-duty fire retardant skirting on 3 sides. Space for
optional Cambro® CamCarrier® Model UPC 400.

Hot Well Gas Steam Table
Constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel with die stamped
top. Stainless steel liner is standard. 1⁄ 2” thick poly cutting board
mounted on stainless steel shelf supported by stainless steel
brackets. Stainless steel dish shelf. Individual controls for each well.
Recessed controls for improved protection and safety. Each well
features a 3,500 Btu burner. Fully adjustable Hi-Med-Low valve.
Glo-Ray ® Infrared Food Warmer
Safely keep all hot foods at optimum serving temperatures longer.
Foods do not dry out or become discolored; even the most delicate
dishes hold that "just prepared" look. The Glo-Ray pre-focused
heat pattern directs heat from a tubular element to bathe the entire
holding surface.

Heated Black Glass Shelf
Built-In unit. Thermostatically controlled heated ceramic glass
surface to create uniform heat across the entire surface and
is made of approved food-safe material. Temperature range
100° to 200°F. Lighted on/off rocker switch. All units come with
a 6' cord and plug. Includes optional flush mount control box
with a 3' conduit. Equipped with an attached stainless steel
