You might be an individual contributor or a leader of others.
We recognize that our company's performance centers on each team member's desire and ability to predictably exceed customer expectations. When supporting and advancing our talent, success is realized by our employees, working in partnership for and with our customers.
Your career and professional development is a partnership between you and your manager through our Employees Driving Excellence program. And as much as we're here to support you, we believe your career is your individual adventure.
All roles have a written job description. We have developed core values and core competencies that are embedded within the company; and, many of our managers use a competency assessment checklist to validate skills, knowledge and abilities, allowing owners to attain a high level of achievement.
There is plenty of room for you to grow and develop as an individual within your chosen career. Managers, mentors and/or buddies provide ongoing support; but, ultimately, you are empowered to shape your personal experience and chart your career path.
As your interests and expertise expand, you can grow within your chosen field or move across functions or divisions to experience a breadth of opportunity.
Personalized guidance and support allows you to learn from successful professionals within your chosen field and to build an internal network of professionals that will help you succeed through continuous education and learning opportunities.
You don't have to be a manager to
move up! We offer entry-level, lead
and senior roles within many
of our job families.
Performance development is multi-faceted; 90-day review upon hire or transfer, an annual review thereafter and ongoing coaching discussions with your manager. Prior to your annual review process, you will be asked to submit a self-assessment; an activity which inspires you to identify and celebrate the success you've realized over the preceding year and needs you have for the coming year to maximize your continuous improvement. On an annual basis, you will create an Individual Development Plan, your professional development roadmap for the subsequent 12 month period.
