Our seasoned project managers are responsible for design coordination, from concept
design to project completion. They coordinate and monitor the design team's efforts,
holding regular design coordination meetings with the owner(s), architect, engineers,
operators, interior designers and contractors.

requirements, seat counts, projected transactions, and more
Schematic layouts illustrating space allocations, adjacencies, product and
patron flow
Meetings with contractors to develop the equipment layout, taking into account
function, flow, building review and approval
Continuous budgeting of estimated costs
Detailed attention to compliance requirements (e.g., Certified Payroll,
Seismic/OSHPD, Safety)
