Stainless Steel Banquet Cart
Fully insulated banquet cart designed to hold plated covered
meals. Bottom mounted power unit slides out for easy cleaning
and provides quick heat up to 200°F. Constructed of stainless
steel for ease of cleaning. Supplied with three heavy-duty wire
grid shelves spaced on 161⁄2 " centers to hold (150) 11" covered
meals. Recessed push/pull handles on both sides prevent
damage to walls and make unit easy to maneuver. One piece
welded base with perimeter bumper provides solid foundation
to support heavy loads. Heavy duty 6" wheels, two swivel with
brakes, are mounted in a staggered pattern to provide mobility
when fully loaded, especially over uneven surfaces. 120V.

Proofing Cabinet
Delivers reliable performance in a tried
and true design. Provides fast heat-up and
recovery through a thermostatically controlled,
forced air heating system. Easy-to-read digital
thermometer, recessed control dials, master
on/off switch and power indicator lights.
Individual analog controls for temperature
and humidity levels. Clear polycarbonate door
provides visibility of the contents of the cabinet
without the heat loss associated with opening
the door. Fixed slides hold a variety of pans on
3" increments.

Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation
provides superior heat retention and structural
rigidity. Steel reinforced polymer handles

and flush paddle latch. Digital controls. Adjustable
slides on 1.675" spacing. 6" casters. Easy-to-clean

both insulates the cabinet and protects employees

generation system. Fast heat-up and recovery
through a thermostatically controlled, forced air
heating system. Built-in hand holds make the
cabinet easy to handle when used in mobile
applications (creates vertical handles for mobile
applications). Durable polymer construction is
dent, impact, and stain resistant.
