He was instrumental in establishing R W SMITH & CO. as one of the premier foodservice design and consulting firms in the United States.

Mr. Manni's innovative programming techniques and extensive and diverse design experience have culminated in numerous awards. He was most recently honored with two International Foodservice Design Awards for Corporate Cafeterias at Western Digital, Irvine, California, and Beckman Instruments, Fullerton, California.
