Field Coordination (With Purchase)

Our project coordinators take every effort to insure a smooth completion of each project. A key to a successful installation is continuous field verification and coordination with all trades. Field verifying all related trades every step of construction becomes our responsibility including all underground work, rough-ins, mechanical and refrigeration requirements, walls, curbs, depressions, ceilings and any details concerning the construction of the facility. Written minutes of each field visit will be submitted to the contractor and owner to insure immediate action required. Through this coordination a more detailed installation schedule will be set by the contractor.

Installation (With Purchase)

Equipment and fixtures will be delivered to the job site as required under the supervision of the field coordinator. Our experienced installers will uncrate equipment and furnishings, dispose of trash, set-in-place, level, seal and prepare all equipment and fixtures for final hook-up by plumbers and electricians. R.W. Smith & Co. field coordinators and installers will work hand in hand with related trades to insure a proper and expedient installation. Upon completion of the installation and hook-ups, arrangements will be made for the manufacturer's representatives to perform any or all start-ups and demonstrations as required. A walk-through will be made by our design principal, contractor and owner to review any punch list items.
