The simplicity of this line was the first factor in considering Tria. It is a good quality product at a very good price. In addition, the willingness and enthusiasm of our R.W. Smith Sales Rep, Lauren Whillock, to bring us samples for our chefs to try the product was a big factor in choosing Tria. It is lightweight and works very well for Room Service. Tria's sturdiness complimented with smooth lines works very well with our food presentations. Tria has simple clean lines, and it represents very good value for the money.

"We have been doing business with R.W. Smith & Co. for almost 20 years. With the addition of online ordering, my working relationship with R.W. Smith has become even more seamless. It is easier than ever to find what I need online, and if I have a special item request, my representative, Claudia Henry, is always there to help me. She has been such a huge support throughout the years, instrumental in helping me as I was new to restaurant purchasing, and she is always here to help with new item suggestions, and the quickest quotes in the business! I feel confident in recommending R.W. Smith & Co. to anyone in the foodservice business as they have always come through for me!"

In 2011, The Samarkand Retirement Community renovated its Independent Living Dining Services Program. Along with a complete renovation of the room, menus and style of service, we also chose to upgrade the dining experience for our residents by moving to more contemporary tableware. My goal was to find a china pattern that wasn't boastful, yet would let people know it was there. When I was shown the Tria collection, I knew right away that it was just what I was looking for. I believe it was the perfect complement to our new dining room and dining program. Our Tria dinnerware provides a very contemporary and stylish look without going over the top. Our dining room is always a stopping place for potential new residents when they are on a tour, and with the Tria pattern, I know it is something they will not see at any of our competitors. It has a combination of being lightweight and durable. We rarely run across chips on any of the pieces we have.
Phil Levere, Director of Dining Services, The Samarkand
"I was looking for a nice, durable product that could hold up to my high volume restaurant. I also needed it to be price effective and stocked locally. Tria provides us the best value against other brands for its durability and price point and is the perfect canvas to showcase our many different menu offerings."
Chef Brian Malarkey, Searsucker
"I would recommend Tria because it's a viable and sturdy product and it's very good in institutional foodservice and restaurants. The quality, presentation and price of the product are features I like most about Tria. I am very happy with the product and am looking into buying more."
Lawrence Brooks, Director of Dining Services, San Francisco Towers
