Assuring Permits, Equipment Operation and Client Satisfaction
- Experienced in field management, installation, product demonstration, and warranty management.
- Assures operation of all property infrastructure (i.e., water, electricity, etc.) and equipment prior to health and fire inspections
- Completes final 'detailing' and fulfills last minute requests
- Coordinates equipment demonstrations, training, and maintenance instructions prior to opening
- Secures client satisfaction prior to opening
- On-site customer service during first week of operation
- Manages all warranties during first full year of operation extendable to additional years with service program
