R.W. Smith & Co. provides an optional Preventative Maintenance Program tailored to the individual customer. Regular visits are made to the facility by factory authorized service technicians to inspect, adjust, and service equipment. In addition, operating challenges by the customer are reviewed to continue to provide an efficient functioning kitchen.
This primary purpose of the Preventative Maintenance Program is to give our customers reliable, effective service that contributes to the extended life of equipment and assist in the reduction of normal day to day operational delays that result from equipment failures.
