Position Title: Regional Chain Account Manager

Reports To: Vice President of Sales

Subordinates: Chain Accounts Representatives

Position Purpose: Develop and maintain regional chains.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Identify regional chain opportunities and systematically pursue.

2. Develop systems for follow-up of progress and document activities.

3. Manage chain department and customer service team.

4. Develop programs, and order guides for new chains and change as needed.

5. Assist in customer service and chain activity, when needed.
