Areas of design specialization include – production kitchens, exhibition kitchens, exhibition platforms, serverys, buffets, and laundry design. In the beginning of the design process the following elements are in play:
- Establish area requirements and flow patterns
- Creation of schematic and preliminary plans that accomplish all objectives of master plan & programming
- Provide architects and engineers with mechanical, electrical and ventilation requirements for foodservice equipment
- Detail custom fabricated equipment
- Prepare full written specifications for all foodservice equipment
