Our excellence in field management has been gained through years of experience in food service installations. The accuracy and attention to detail of our field managers ensure a successful project from start to finish. In order to minimize possible risks up front, we focus on:
- A thorough and detailed review of plans and specifications
- Field verification of all utilities relating to food service items
- Coordination with all trades
- Supervision of installation in order to maintain the project schedule
Our field managers take responsibility for every step of construction, from underground work and rough-in’s to walls and ceilings to ensure that all details of the design intent have been coordinated. They work closely with our project manager’s and keep them informed as to any potential issues that could risk the project schedule. Their goal is to work closely with all trades to assure that every detail is implemented successfully.
