R.W. Smith’s two design offices: FSA Design-Los Angeles and RWS Design-Costa Mesa have provided solid design plans for over three decades. FSA Design’s segment specialties include: Casinos – Large Hotels – Convention Centers; RWS Design’s segment specialties include: Country Clubs – Colleges & Universities – Restaurants – Boutique Hotels - Casinos – Chains.

R.W. Smith’s design production for plans/drawings is supported by a central CAD Facility in Costa Mesa, California. RWS’s six CAD operators utilize the latest technology in printing and correspondence hardware in preparing all relative documents.
